PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling a loader and an unloader under air pressure which can reduce impact on stopping a swing arm without slowing the initial speed of the swing arm, and a method for controlling the same.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a swing arm for loading and unloading a tire, an air cylinder for rotating the swing arm and a controlling means for controlling the air cylinder, the air cylinder includes a cylinder housing which is divided into a driving room and a reverse jetting room by a piston, and the controlling means controls so that the swing arm is rotated by supplying a driving air to the driving room and the swing speed of the swing arm may be slowed by supplying a reverse jetting air to the reverse jetting room. |
