<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support management of an incident which has occurred in an information processing system. <P>SOLUTION: An incident management system 300 includes: an incident information storage part 320; an extraction condition storage part 340; an extraction part 350; and an extraction result storage part 360. The incident information storage part 320 stores information of a plurality of incidents which have occurred in the information processing system. The extraction condition storage part 340 stores extraction conditions predetermined by a user for extracting the incident of which the user should be notified. The extraction part 350 extracts the incident on the basis of the extraction conditions, and notifies the user of the information. Also, the extraction part 350 compares the result extracted this time with the past extraction result stored in the extraction result storage part 360, and notifies the user of the information of the incident included only in one of the results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
