<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility in observing fundus tissues of an eye by optimizing an optical system for use in observing the interior of the eye so as to clarify the staining region of an internal limiting membrane. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope for intraocular observation is designed to view an eyeball as an observation object, and includes an observation optical system for observing the interior of the eye illuminated with illumination light and a filter unit 15 mounted on the lower end of a lens barrel 16. The filter unit 15 includes a polarizing filter 33, a blue-color enhancement filter 34, and a blue-light cut filter 35, and such optical filters are selectively used so that the interior of the eye can be observed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
