<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the inside of a clean room where a free flow conveyer is installed at a high level of cleanliness with no generation of electric spark at the time of the turning-on/off of a contact point, to allow conveyance in a state that the quality of a product is maintained, to prevent an electric resistance value from increasing, to detect a conveyance position of a product accurately over a long period, to dispense with the exchange of a sensor unit, to operated a device or the like over a long period of time, and to prevent the lowering of product manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the sensor units 21a/21b and 23a/23b is composed of a turning arm 27 in which a detection rotor 31 is rotatably supported by one arm and an elastic body 33 is attached to the other arm, and which is rotationally journaled between a position where the detection rotor 31 projects from the conveying surface of a unit conveyer by the elastic force of the elastic body 33 and its position located below the conveying surface against the elastic force of the elastic body 33, and a non-contact type sensor 35 for outputting a detection signal accompanied by the passage of an actuation piece 27c provided at the turning arm 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
