<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having visible light transparency, ultraviolet ray shielding performance, weathering retention, workability and persistence thereof in addition to excellent self-cleaning capability and weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The coating film has a coating layer formed by cross linking an ionizing radiation curable resin composition including an ionizing radiation curable resin, a hydrophilizing agent and an ultraviolet absorbing agent on the one side surface of a base substrate film. The ionizing radiation curable resin is caprolactone based urethane (meta) acrylate, the hydrophilizing agent is a silicate compound having a reactive functional groupαor alkyl silicate, and the ultraviolet absorbing agent is a triazine-based ultraviolet absorbing agent and/or benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorbing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
