A seat belt apparatus is provided to help a passenger rapidly escape in case of emergency. The seat belt apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fastening member with a hollow part for a belt installed at a vehicle to penetrate; a fastening ring extended from the fastening member with a button unit on one side to perform the work of a hinge by a buckle; and a combining member combined with the hollow part of the fastening member. The combining member has a guide member to slide on one side. When the guide member works, the seat belt is cut on the inner circumference surface of the penetrating unit on the combining member by a cutting member. |
