The present invention relates to liver targeting nanoparticles, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same. More specifically, the liver targeting nanoparticles are formed by coupling CsA-encapsulated PLGA nanoparticles with liver targeting protein (LTP) materials to directly target a liver, reduce the cytotoxicity, and have a continuous antiviral effect without immunity.
