<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of a small lid resting directly onto ingredients (hereinafter called as a small lid): the conventional small lid uses metal, wood, resin, paper, etc., as the materials, when the small lid is used, the ingredients are heated and seasoned through cooking operation, the lid is simultaneously heated together with the ingredients, causing waste of fuel and lighting expenses, and lots of waste in cooking liquid infiltrating into the lid if it is made of wood, paper, etc., and further, as the case may be, smell and taste of wood or paper adversely affect the ingredients, and still furthermore, bringing innegligible problem of endocrine disrupter if the lid is resin-made and heated. <P>SOLUTION: The small lid is manufactured by using, as the material, foodstuffs that are not impaired when heated with time and strength of general cooking extent and by forming the small lid roughly in a disk shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
