<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple-function setting circuit capable of setting two or more functions to be executed simultaneously corresponding to the connection state of one external terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A reference current Iset1 corresponding to the resistance value of a resistor Rset connected to an external terminal set is generated, the reference current Iset1 is converted to a comparison object voltage V1, two logic signals (OCP_SET signal and OSC_SET signal) are generated by comparing the comparison object voltage V1 with three different reference voltages Vset1, Vset2 and Vset3 using comparators CP1, CP2 and CP3, an overcurrent point for detecting an overcurrent flowing through a power MOSFET is set by the OCP_SET signal, and the oscillation frequency of an oscillator is set by the OSC_SET signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
