FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to device of torque transfer. The controlled coupling contains barrel-type body, its top cover has installed half-coupling containing disc with cavities and shaft. In the bottom cover the driven half-coupling is installed, it contains cone sleeve and shaft with flange. In the sleeve a flexible membrane is installed, its top part at the sleeve end face is pressed by the cross-arm located under the disc with round clearance C. On the sleeve bottom there are holes covered by discs build in bottom of the membrane. Balls in the membrane fill it till cross-arm. To the left of the casing the branch pipe with valve is installed, it is pneumatically connected with the compressed air system, and to the right of the casing there is branch pipe with valve connected to atmosphere.EFFECT: reliability of torque adjustment.2 dwg |
