<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for estimating a parking lot which is convenient for a user to be notified. <P>SOLUTION: A center 1 acquires used parking lot position information showing positions of parking lots used by each of a plurality of vehicles 2-4, extracts users whose order of use frequencies of the parking lots enters in a predetermined high order for each of the plurality of parking lots on the basis of the acquired used parking lot position information, calculates the best degree which becomes higher as ratio between the total sum of the use frequencies of the parking lots of the extracted users and the total sum of the use frequencies of all the users of the parking lots is high, selects the parking lot at the highest best degree as the parking lot with high convenience for the users among the plurality of parking lots, and notifies a vehicle 5 of the selected parking lot with high convenience. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
