<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which prevents an excessive liquid consumption amount from being erroneously written in a storage device, in the storage device for storing a liquid consumption amount and a device and a system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A memory cell array (602) of the storage device (130) includes decrement prohibiting regions (R1, R2) for allowing a value larger than an already-stored value to be written and prohibiting writing of a value smaller than the already-stored value. Upon writing of a new value of a liquid consumption amount in the decrement prohibiting regions (R1, R2), a memory control circuit (600) performs: (i) execution of writing processing of the new value to the memory cell array (602) when an increment from the already-stored value to the new value is a predetermined allowable increment (δ) or less; and (ii) no execution of writing of the new value to the memory cell array (602) when the increment from the already-stored value to the new value is larger than the allowable increment (δ). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
