<p>Disclosed is an inkjet head comprising a head tip (1) wherein a plurality of channel rows having alternately arranged channels (12A, 12B) and drive walls (11A, 11B) made of piezoelectric elements are juxtaposed, openings of the channels (12A, 12B) are arranged on the front face and the rear face (1b), and the drive walls (11A, 11B) facing the channels (12A,12B) are provided with drive electrodes (13). The rear face (1b) of the head tip (1) is provided with a single line connection electrode which extends from each channel through above the drive wall between the channels of another channel row to an end of the head tip (1), and a drive signal is applied to the drive electrode through the connection electrode to deform the drive walls (11A, 11B) and discharge the ink in the channel from a nozzle. On the rear face (1b of the head tip (1), an insulation film (15) is provided between the drive wall surface and the connection electrode formed to pass over the drive walls of the channel row.</p> |
