The present invention relates to a complex, and a manufacturing method thereof. The complex comprises aluminum-containing metal powder and diamond powder. The complex comprises 30.0-55.8 vol% of the diamond powder with respect to an entire volume of the complex, a thermal conductivity of 400-700 w/m·k, and a coefficient of expansion of 6-8×10^-6/K. The complex almost has the same coefficient of expansion as the coefficient of expansion of an element which uses the complex as a substrate; thus preventing deformation and damage caused by the high heat of the element. |
