A wall frame assembly comprises at least one first and second frame member 11, 12. The first member comprises a base and side walls defining a channel. The first and second members are securable to respective first and second wall façades 13, 14. The second member is sized to fit within the channel defined by the first member such that the gap between the first and second façades substantially corresponds to the depth of the first members channel. Flanges extending from the side walls of the first member may be used to retain insulation 15 against the first façade. The second member may comprise a base and side walls defining a channel, with flanges extending from the side walls into the channel. Also claimed are a wall assembly and method of constructing a wall. |
