<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency of a vacuum water heating machine, to easily and effectively prevent overheating of a heat recovery apparatus, and to suppress white smoke generated during discharge of low temperature exhaust gas discharged from the heat recovery apparatus to the outside of a system. <P>SOLUTION: The heat recovery apparatus 10 includes a heat recovery chamber 1, a discharge section 3, an atomizer 10a which is located below the inlet of the discharge section and sprays atomized water to flue gas, a neutralization tank 2, and a water discharge section 10b for discharging processed waste water from the neutralization tank 2. Supply water in the heat recovery apparatus 1a is heat-exchanged with the supplied flue gas, the supply water is heated and supplied as hot water to a heat exchanger 5c. The flue gas the temperature of which becomes low by atomized water is circulated through a double-structure duct 30 from the discharge section 3, heat-exchanged with high temperature flue gas from the discharge section 4c in the duct 30, and then discharged from the upper part of the discharge section 4c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
