<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation head attachment device with which an operation head attached detachably to a head holding block can be firmly clamped to the head holding block. <P>SOLUTION: A clamp device 95 clamps an operation head 47 to a head holding block 45 by pressing a pusher member 70 in a direction to engage with an engagement member 62. The clamp device 95 includes: a pressing member 74 to press the pusher member in the direction to engage with the engagement member; an operating member 73 coupled to the pressing member so as to be relatively movable by a predetermined amount; a spring 77 which is interposed between the operating member and the pressing member, and energizes the pusher member in a direction to engage with the engagement member; an operation member 80 to allow the operating member to operate in an energization direction of the spring; and a lock member 85 which locks the operation member in a state that a spring force of the spring is increased than that during unclamping operation by a relative movement of the operating member and the pressing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
