<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace body structure of an aluminum melting furnace, which inhibits the local damage of furnace body lining by a molten aluminum and is excellent in efficiency of aluminum melting treatment and certainty of molten aluminum purification. <P>SOLUTION: The furnace body structure includes: a melting chamber 21 for melting a raw material for molten aluminum; a retaining chamber 22 for heating and retaining the molten aluminum communicating with the melting chamber through a first communicating part 22a; a degassing chamber 23 for degassing the molten aluminum by blowing an inert gas therein communicating through the retaining chamber and a second communicating part 22b; and a filtering chamber 24 for cleaning the molten aluminum communicating through the degassing chamber and a third communicating part 24b, and their chambers are integrally connected. A ceramic filter 25 is stood in the filtering chamber to clean the molten aluminum flowed in from the third communicating part to the filtering chamber thereof. A step D is provided so that the bottom of the filtering chamber is positioned upward more than the position of the bottom 23d of the degassing chamber and further, a tilted floor 26 is formed on the bottom of the third communicating part to rise from the bottom of the degassing chamber toward that of the filtering chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
