<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing regenerated conveyor belt which can remove worn cover rubber without being accompanied by polishing operation and does not require addition of a constituent member on the premise of regeneration. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing regenerated conveyor belt is characterized in that, in regeneration of the worn cover rubber 4 of a conveyor belt 1 prepared by arranging a cover rubber 4 on a belt body 3 in which a core body 2 is embedded, a longitudinal-direction tension is applied to the conveyor belt 1, the conveyor belt 1 or a blade 5 cut into the cover rubber 4 is relatively displaced in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt 1 while displacing the blade 5 in the width direction of the conveyor belt 1, thereby the worn cover rubber 4a is cut off, then crude rubber 6 for cover rubber is directly arranged by lamination on the surface from which the cover rubber 4 is cut off, and thereafter, the crude rubber 6 for cover rubber is adhered by vulcanization onto the part 4b of the cover rubber where the cover rubber remains uncut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
