The invention provides a food composition comprising whey protein isolate and non-denatured casein, wherein the amount of whey protein isolate relative to non-denatured casein is in a ratio of from about 1:1.5 to about 1.5:1. The food composition may be used as a health supplement and/or body building supplement and may in particular be used to increase the amount of muscle mass in the body or to increase the strength of existing body muscles. |
