The device (1) has a drive unit (5) i.e. motor, for translatory movement of a lance (3) in a support part (2), where the lance is provided with a liquid distribution device (4). A liquid control system is provided with an inlet (7), a return unit (8) and a flow path, which starts from the inlet to the return unit for refrigeration of the device. Another liquid control system is provided with an inlet (11) and a flow path, which starts from the latter inlet toward the liquid distributing device.
