A sub-structure installing ship for offshore plants is provided to precisely and rapidly construct basic structures vertically on the sea, and to remarkably reduce the costs for construction. The sub-structure installing ship for offshore plants of the present invention comprises: a ship body with an installing hole formed; a pair of side units placed on both sides of the ship body to be located on the exterior of the installing hole; a pair of mounting units installed in the pair of side units; a center unit installed to be movable to the center of the installing hole; and a sub-structure installing unit where a number of sub-structures are mounted, which are mounted on at least one among the pair of mounting units and the center unit, and which installs the sub-structure through the installation hole. |
