The present invention relates to novel Lactobacillussp BC-N1 (accession number KACC91757P) strains separated from kimchi. More specifically, the present invention relates to the use as probiotic compositions and animal feed additives containing Lactobacillussp BC-N1 (accession number KACC91757P) strains which have excellent antifungal and anti-pathogenic bacteria activities, acid-resistance, biliary resistance, and intestine epithelial cell adhesion ability, a culture of Lactobacillussp BC-N1 (accession number KACC91757P) strains, or a mixture of the same.
