The present invention relates to a method and a device (10) for filtering and separating a fluid (11) using membranes (13). The method and device in accordance with the present invention generally comprises a housing (14) of a pressure sealing means; a plurality of membranes (13) which are placed inside the housing; at least one inlet (15) provided for a fluid (11) to be separated, which is guided to the inside of the device (10); at least one outlet (16) provided for a penetration material (18) which is guided from the device (10) to the outside; and an outlet (17) provided for a residue (19) which is guided to the outside. In this case, the membranes (13) are formed in accordance with the shape of a membrane cushion having an opening area (131) in order to discharge the penetration material (18) which is collected in a membrane inner space (137). As the quantity of individual portions of the quantity of the membranes (13) forming a single membrane stack (12) is formed for a different separation area in association with a fluid to be separated (11), the quantity of one individual portion of the quantity of the membranes (13) in the different separation area is consequently operated at each different pressure, which is previously determined, of the fluid to be separated (11) or operated in a different vacuum state from the side of the penetrated material of the membranes (13). |
