Provided are a method for preparing fermented Rehmannia root, fermented rehmannia root prepared thereby, a composition capable of being applied to the method, and a method for preparing the composition. The method for preparing fermented rehmannia root comprises the steps of: (A) preparing a composition for fermented rehmannia root containing aged rehmannia root, dried rehmannia root, malt, Shin-goak, and barley; (B) obtaining a culture medium by culturing the composition for rehmannia root with water in a suspension; (C) obtaining an immersed substance by immersing the dried rehmannia root in the culture medium; (D) obtaining a fermented substance by fermenting the immersed substance; (E) obtaining a steamed substance by steaming the fermented substance; (F) obtaining an aged substance by aging the steamed substance; and (G) obtaining a dried substance by drying the aged substance. The present invention can be used to effectively prepare fermented rehmannia root. |
