<p>The present invention provides products which comprise (i) a support and (ii) a BCR-binding antigen attached to the support. The products are capable of BCR-mediated internalization. The products are useful in the induction or augmentation of immune responses, and methods and uses of the products are provided. The present invention also provides methods of delivering an agent preferentially to dendritic cells versus B cells in a population of cells comprising both dendritic and B cells, which methods comprise (i) attaching the agent to a support and (ii) contacting the population of cells with the agent attached to the support, wherein the population of cells comprise B cells and dendritic cells.</p> |
