<p>Provided is a pressure bonding device for forming a green tire, the pressure bonding device comprising: a stitching roller which presses a strip against a green tire, the strip being helically wound on the green tire; a heating means which heats the stitching roller; and a temperature control means which controls the heating means such that the temperature of the surface of the stitching roller is a predetermined temperature. Also provided is a green tire forming method for forming a green tire. The green tire forming method uses the pressure bonding device for forming a green tire and causes the temperature control means to control the surface of the stitching roller to a predetermined temperature. The strip is prevented from being peeled off by the stitching roller, and as a result, a pressure bonding step for a tire constituting member can be stabilized.</p> |
