<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a functional component, which can provide good uniformity of a product by controlling the interface between a reinforcement layer and a functional layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a functional component including a functional layer and a reinforcement layer lining one surface of the functional layer comprises steps of: charging a functional layer material including at least a function imparting component and a thermosetting resin in a cavity of a mold, and closing the mold followed by heating and pressurizing to thereby primarily mold the functional layer; charging a reinforcement layer material including at least a thermosetting resin in the cavity of the mold having the primarily molded functional layer, and laminating one of them on the other; and closing the mold followed by heating and pressurizing to thereby integrally mold the functional layer and the reinforcement layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
