<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in the estimation of extrusion force on extruding coke from a carbonization chamber. <P>SOLUTION: This method for estimating the extrusion force of the coke is provided by comprising a step of estimating the extrusion force on extruding the coke after completing dry distillation by using a specific characteristic amount extracted from the temperature transition of generated gas generated by the dry distillation of coal. Thus, the accuracy in the estimation of the extrusion force on extruding the coke from the carbonization chamber can be improved. Also, by controlling the extrusion force on extruding the coke after completing the dry distillation based on the estimated extrusion force, the occurrence of extrusion clogging of coke can be inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
