A peak-cut control device comprises: a difference power calculation unit 13 for obtaining the difference power between a planned power production and a projected power demand; and a peak-cut amount calculation unit 14 for obtaining the peak-cut amount for each predetermined time by comparing, for the each predetermined time, the difference power with chargeable or dischargeable power of a battery 105 per unit time and simulating the charging and discharging of the battery 105 and the increase and decrease of a temporary peak-cut amount. This enables the peak-cut amount in which the chargeable power or the dischargeable power of the battery 105 is used at a maximum to be obtained. |
