In an installation apparatus of applying a pulling force to a wire (15); it includes a main body (20); an artificial muscle (30) installed on the main body to hold and pull the wire (15); and a controller (40) which provides power to contract and release the artificial muscle (30) with a set period. Thereby, the artificial muscle is used for pulling and installing a cable in large ship and ocean construction sites, so that installation, movement, and operation can be easily carried out. Workability can be improved.
