PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress supply of low temperature gas to satisfactorily maintain the power generation performance of a fuel cell, by a simple constitution and process.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 10 includes a fuel cell stack 12, a fuel gas supply unit 16 supplying fuel gas to the fuel cell stack 12, and a controller 18. The controller 18 includes: a fuel gas temperature detection part 64 detecting the temperature of hydrogen gas supplied from a first fuel gas tank 52a to the fuel cell stack 12; a fuel gas temperature decrease determination part 66 determining whether the detected hydrogen gas temperature is equal to or lower than a threshold value or not; and a shutoff valve control part 68 controlling a shutoff valve 56b in a second fuel gas tank 52b to be opened when the detected hydrogen gas temperature is determined to be equal to or lower than the threshold value. |
