PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper recycling apparatus that can recycle paper having improved brightness and being widely usable in applications other than newsprint.SOLUTION: A paper recycling apparatus has: a dry type defibrating machine 30 for dry grinding and defibrating paper; a first conveyance pipe 40 for conveying the defibrated matter that is defibrated in the dry type defibrating machine 30 by an air flow; a pipe diameter reduction part 45 for adjusting the air flow in the first conveyance pipe 40; a cyclone 50 classifying by an air flow and deinking of the defibrated matter that is conveyed through the first conveyance pipe 40; a second conveyance pipe 60 for conveying the defibrated matter that is deinked in the cyclone 50; and a paper forming machine 100 for forming paper from the defibrated matter that is conveyed through the second conveyance pipe 60. |
