Case lower section has outer thread for connection to vortex flow spreader via iron ring. Outer and inner perforated surfaces are secured to said ring. Case accommodates inner cylindrical fluid feed chamber. Swirler is arranged in the chamber coaxially and with clearance relative to its inner side surface and composed of the sleeve with outer helical thread of notable pitch with trapezoidal profile.
