<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device, which includes a free-stop structure while facilitating the opening/closing of a rotary part side, and also has good incorporating property with a simplified structure. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge device 1 includes: a columnar support shaft 50 holding a first member 10 and a second member 20 to be relatively rotatable; a fitting holding part 15 formed integrally on the first member 10 and including a fitting hole for inserting the columnar support shaft 50 with a predetermined gap; a curved piece 22 formed integrally on the second member 20 and screwed to a body 21 of the second member while being curved substantially at 180°to hold the columnar support shaft 50; a friction plate 40 fixed between the body 21 and the curved piece 22 by a screw 23 and positioned to surround the columnar support shaft 50, the friction plate causing a predetermined frictional force relative to the rotation of the second member 20; and one-way springs 61, 62 which idle the columnar support shaft 50 when the second member 20 is rotated in an opening direction and give a resisting force to the columnar support when it is rotated in a closing direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
