<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device of a vehicle capable of surely suppressing the retreat of a pedal arm when the vehicle receives an impact load from the front. <P>SOLUTION: In a brake device 1 of a vehicle for generating required brake force by transmitting the leg power of a driver applied to a pedal arm 2 whose upper end part is turnably pivoted through a push rod 6 to a brake booster 5, an enlarged part 6A where bending work is executed in an enlarging direction is formed at a part of the push rod 6, and a cylindrical enlargement blocking member 11 is provided slidably in an axial direction on an outer periphery of the push rod 6. The enlargement blocking member 11 is normally at a position for covering the enlargement part 6A of the push rod 6, and when the impact load is received, the enlargement blocking member 11 is moved to a position off the enlargement part 6A of the push rod 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
