<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a tray for both transportation and assembly and to simultaneously chuck a plurality of split stator cores with robot hands in an assembly process. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stator core in which split stator cores C are assembled to manufacture the stator core, comprises: a first step in which a plurality of split stator cores C are inserted into a transportation tray 3 and transported to a core positioning device 4; a second step in which the split stator cores C are picked up from the transportation tray 3 by a core positioning device 4 for positioning them; and a third step in which the positioned split stator cores C are held by a core holding device 6 to assemble the stator core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
