The device (1) has a base body comprising a recess end (8) that is provided with a recess (10) for retaining a belt strap (2), where the recess is limited by multiple recess side surfaces (101, 102, 104) having certain thickness. One of the side surfaces is provided with legs (11, 12). A gripping end (9) is provided with an engaging unit (13). A plane of an engagement hole is arranged in a plane horizontal and perpendicular to a plane of a large area extent of the belt strap in a functional condition such that the device is fastened to the belt strap separate from an insertion tongue (3). The base body is integrally formed from a material such as organic polymer, biopolymer, metal, textile fabric, leather, timber and coiled pipe. |
