The present invention relates to an end-to-end authentication method between a server and a card via a designated terminal. The end-to-end authentication method between the server and the card via the designated terminal according to the present invention includes a first step of enabling a card chip to receive a card number and a seed value and store the card number and the seed value in a designated storage region; a second step of enabling the card chip to check NULL or 0 by reading a terminal authentication value of the designated storage region; a third step of enabling the card chip to respond to the card number by a security program of the terminal; a fourth step of enabling the card chip to receive a terminal authentication value, a time value, and OTP; a fifth step of enabling the card chip to authenticate the effectiveness of the OTP; and a sixth step of enabling the card chip to store the received terminal authentication value in the designated storage region.
