The present invention is an RC column and a steel belt truss joint structure, wherein the RC column uses a plate having an improved structure that, when a plurality of outer columns positioned outside a core and belt trusses are welded with each other, each available space is formed between each outer column and the belt trusses, in order to prevent deformation or damage to the outer column caused by heat generating when welding. The present invention includes the outer columns arranged outside the core, connection blocks coupled to cover a portion of an outer circumference of each outer column, belt trusses welded with both sides of each connection block, available spaces with a recess shape, which are formed between upper and lower sides of a front surface of each connection block and each outer column, upper and lower finishing plates, which are rotatably positioned at the upper and lower sides of the front surface of each connection block, respectively, to selectively make close contact toward the available spaces, and fixing means for fixing the front surfaces of the upper and lower finishing plates to be positioned on a surface equal to one side surface of each connection block. |
