Disclosed are a synchronization apparatus between AVN and a digital clock of a vehicle, and a method thereof. The synchronization apparatus between AVN and the digital clock of the vehicle comprises: a clock driving unit transmitting a clock information signal; a micro computer analyzing the received clock information signal if the clock information signal is received from the clock driving unit, updating clock information according to the analysis result, and transmitting the same to an external clock module; and the external clock module displaying the clock information transmitted from the micro computer. |
