The present invention relates to an air duct and a cooling apparatus having the same enabling an exhaust passage to efficiently be cooled by an air introduced from the front side of a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooling apparatus comprises: an exhaust manifold connected with an engine to receive an exhaust gas generated in an engine; a heat insulation board arranged to surround the exhaust manifold and blocking heat between peripheral components of the exhaust manifold and the exhaust manifold; and the air duct receiving an air from the front side of a vehicle and formed to supply the received air to the inside of the heat insulation board. The exhaust manifold can be cooled by the air passing through the air duct.
