The present invention relates to an endoscope device. More particularly, an endoscope device comprises; an image obtaining module (110) which obtains an inner image of a body (10); and a distance measuring module (120) which measures the distance between the endoscope device (100) and an inner lesion (11) of the body. According to the endoscope device including the distance measuring module, a lesion size measuring system using the same, and a method thereof suggested by the present invention, the actual size of a lesion can be drawn accurately by forming the endoscope device with the image obtaining module obtaining the inner image of the body, and the distance measuring module measuring the distance between the endoscope device and the inner lesion of the body. |
