The present invention relates to a composition for preventing hair loss, improving ichtyosis and promoting hair, which is manufactured by mixing 10-20 wt% of Phaseolus radiatus L, 10-20 wt% of black soybean powders, 1-5 wt% of Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara powders, 5-25 wt% of kelp, 2-10 wt% of sea mustard with other ingredients and accordingly comprises nutrients and minerals from the ingredients hair growth needs, thereby preventing hair loss, improving ichtyosis and promoting hair. |
