The present invention relates to a skin-care device using light. The skin-case device comprises a controller including: a light mask which is formed to correspond to the facial surface to be worn on a face and includes a light source to emit light on the face; an electrical terminal which is arranged to come in contact with the user′s facial surface from the inner side of the light mask when the light mask is worn; a light control input unit generating and transmitting a light control input signal; an electrical control input unit generating and transmitting an electrical control input signal; and a control unit. The control unit includes: a control module which receives and processes the input signals from the light control input unit and the electrical control input unit individually and transmits a control signal; a light output module which receives the control signal to control the light source to be turned on and off; and an electrical output module which is connected to the electrical terminal to apply an ion current to the electrical terminal. The control module controls the electrical output module to run an ion massage operation through an electrical terminal. The present invention can directly emit the light on the face of the user to sterilize the skin and light up the skin-tone and be easily used and operated. The ion current is applied to the facial skin to provide ion massage.
