The present invention relates to a safety navigation device and an executing method thereof. The safety navigation device and an executing method thereof in the present invention are based on an integrated circuit module and a server for safety certification. According to an algorithm or instantaneous time, the integrated circuit module creates an IP address, and controls an electronic equipment in a virtual keyboard method which is connected by inserting of the electronic equipment to enable the IP address. Then, a certification method in which IP address server corresponds, the integrated circuit module and server will check validity of the IP address and issues corresponding information. |
