An automatic conversion system of a camera image for a car according to the present invention can convert images inputted by a rear side camera of a car into plane images automatically; and does not require a connection cable, a conversion switch, and a switching motion by a driver. The automatic conversion system according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: an infrared ray emitting unit having a light emitting device emitting infrared rays; an infrared ray receiving unit receiving the infrared rays emitted from the infrared ray emitting unit and outputting electric signals; an image sensor obtaining images; and a signal processing unit receiving and processing original data signals outputted by the image sensor. The signal processing unit includes an image output unit capable of receiving distorted image and outputting the distorted image as plane image.
