摘要 本发明涉及一种同时分析人基因组DNA24个基因座的五色荧光标记复合扩增系统,同时检测19个常染色体基因座,4个Y染色体基因座及一个性别鉴定基因座;本发明将24个基因座分为4组,共涉及5种颜色的荧光标记;本发明的荧光标记复合扩增系统的灵敏度高,在DNA模板量为0.12ng的条件下,可检出全部24个基因座;适用于血滤纸、FTA卡采集样本的直接扩增。
