<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter fixing mechanism of a filter device which prevents degradation of a sealing property of a filter caused by distortion and deformation of a filter frame over time, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The filter fixing mechanism includes at least one cam shaft 15 which crosses an air flow channel formed in a filter housing 4 of a filter device 1 and is supported rotatably in a fixed position. Filter flames 6 are interposed between eccentric cams 11 mounted in respective peripheral positions of both ends of the cam shafts and filter frame receiving parts 8A, 9A, 10A formed on an inner side of the filter housing 4, and the filters 5a-5e are fixed in fixed positions in the air flow channel. An eccentricity amount from a center of the cam shaft of each eccentric cam 11 with respect to a cam holder 16 fixed on a periphery of both ends of the cam shaft 15 can be separately adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
