<p>The invention provides a fiber connecting tool and a fiber connecting method; the fiber connecting tool is used for mutual connecting work of the fibers using a fiber connector clamping two joint connecting fibers into a pair of elements; the fiber connecting tool is provided with the following structures: a pair of fiber racks; a support bench; a first plugging part and a second plugging part' the support bench is provided with a connector support portion supporting the fiber connector, and a pair of rack supporting portions; the first plugging part and the second plugging part can be mounted on a side surface of the support bench in a mode of mutual independent motion, wherein the side surface is opposite to the surface supporting the fiber connector; the first plugging part is formed in the mode that a plugging sheet is plugged at a position close to an end side from the center of the fiber connector, the plugging sheet can freely rotate in a mode the plugging sheet is pulled out from the position close to the end side from the center of the fiber connector; the plugging sheet passes a plugging sheet passing portion formed on the support bench through the rotation of the fist plugging part and the second plugging portion, and can go back and forth relative to the fiber connector.</p> |
